Our Strategy

Baseline Assessment & Technical Assistance for Quality Compliance:

First, we conduct a baseline assessment of the organization’s current quality management system to identify gaps in compliance with the appropriate standard.  This baseline assessment places the organization in one of 3 maturity levels, which will support E-QP’s understanding of the level of effort required to support the development of the organization’s quality management system.    

  • Level 1 – Basic

  • Level 2 – Intermediary

  • Level 3 – Advanced

Once placed in a maturity level, E-QP will provide technical assistance by working with staff on training and quality system development, using a combination of on-site and remote support, mobile phone-based training modules, interactive remote training sessions and the provision of the customized tools, SOPs, forms and questionnaires to support the organization’s activities.  

Assessing the baseline quality management system and providing technical assistance in the form of training and customization of process tools are the first steps but implementing and maintaining a quality management system is critical to an organization’s ability to secure new sources of revenue, including international clients.   E-QP can provide guidance on ways to continually support quality management system implementation and prepare your organization for an external audit to achieve quality compliance.
